Way to Wellness: October Webinar on Sleep
The Office of Human Resources will launch the 2022–23 Way to Wellness initiative for staff and faculty with the webinar "Sleep: An Essential Component of Health and Well-being," presented by the ComPsych Training Team. Two sessions of the live webinar will be offered on Wednesday, October 12. Register for the noon session. Register for the 4 p.m. session.
