Summer Parking


Important COVID-19 Information

Due to COVID-19, all in-person transactions related to parking are not permitted. To purchase a parking decal, please use the online form or mail in your registration form. Please be sure to include a home address where we can mail your decal. For updates on Smith’s response to the COVID-19 outbreak, please visit the “Culture of Care” website.

 

School for Social Work Students

A School for Social Work student summer parking permit allows parking in lots where there are green-lined spaces or on the top level of the Parking Garage in the red-lined spaces. This applies 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with no exceptions.


Summer Parking for Student Workers

Students who work on campus during the summer are required to obtain a temporary parking pass. The pass is free of charge and allows students to park in permitted lot assigned by the parking office June 1 through August 31. Please email parkingdecals@smith.edu.  Vehicles may not be stored on campus at any time. Vehicles displaying evidence of non-use will be ticketed and towed.  Please note that starting Summer 2022 we will be charging a monthly fee to the long term passes.  Anything over 30 days will be $10 per month.  This applies to summer workers.


Summer Parking for Dependents of Employees

Dependents of faculty and staff who are employed during the summer are required to obtain a free temporary parking pass for the summer employment period at Facilities Parking Office. Dependents will be assigned a lot to park in.  Please note that starting Summer 2022 we will be charging a monthly fee to the long term passes.  Anything over 30 days will be $10 per month.  This applies to visitors and summer workers.
