What to do in an Emergency

If you encounter an emergency while traveling:

  1. Call collect to the International SOS Philadelphia regional Alarm Center at 1-215-942-8226. You can also call a local Alarm Center - contact information can be found on the International SOS via the Web site. The Five College, Inc. member number is: 11BCAS000005. In addition, where serious injury or illness has occurred, immediately seek medical treatment at the closest medical facility.
  2. If medical evacuation or repatriation is needed, contact: Chartis Ambassador Services

  3. Notify Smith by calling Public Safety at 1-413-585-2490. If necessary, Public Safety will notify the Office of the Dean of the Students and the office sponsoring your trip.
