Virginia Woolf Conference June 5-8, 2003
featured Smith College's exceptional collections of original
Virginia Woolf letters, manuscripts and first editions,
and works of art by Bloomsbury artists.
The conference will focus on Woolf's life and work
including women's education, feminism, pacifism, and family life.
Her career as a writer and publisher will be highlighted as well as her influence on modern writers and activists.
Woolf in the Real World is held in cooperation with the International Virginia Woolf Society
