ENABLING JAVASCRIPT IN YOUR BROWSER

You may need to enable Javascript in your browser to access web-based media and applications such as eBill and BannerWeb.

Follow the instructions below to enable Javascript in a Windows or Mac browser.



Windows Browsers

Internet Explorer 7 & 8

  1. Open the Tools menu and select Internet Options.

  2. Select the Security tab from the window that appears.

  3. Select the Internet zone, then click the Custom level button.

  4. In the Security Settings window, scroll all the way down to the Scripting section.

  5. Under Active scripting, choose Enable, then click OK.

  6. Click OK to close the Internet Options window.

Firefox (Windows)

  1. Open the Tools menu and select Options.

  2. Click on the Content tab.

  3. Check the Enable JavaScript option, then click OK to close the Options window.

Google Chrome (Windows)

  1. Click the Wrench button in the top-right corner of the browser window and select Options.

  2. In the next window, select the Under the Hood tab.

  3. Click the Content settings button, then select JavaScript from the left side of the window.

  4. Click the button for Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended), then close the Content Settings window.

  5. Close the Google Chrome Options window to save your changes.

Mac Browsers

Firefox (Mac)

  1. Open the Firefox menu and select Preferences.

  2. Select the Content tab.

  3. Check the Enable JavaScript option and close the window.

Google Chrome (Mac)

  1. Open the Chrome menu and select Preferences.

  2. On the left sidebar, click Under the Hood.

  3. Click the Content Settings button.

  4. Click the button on for Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended).

  5. Close the Preferences window.

Safari (Mac)

  1. Open the Safari menu and select Preferences.

  2. Select the Security icon.

  3. Check the Enable JavaScript option and close the Security window.

Opera (Mac)

  1. Open the Opera menu and select Preferences.

  2. Select the Advanced tab.

  3. Check the Enable JavaScript option, click OK, then close the Advanced window.
