SETTING YOUR DEFAULT VIEWS TO HTML

GroupWise WebAccess 8 now supports HTML for composing or viewing messages.

To change your default settings:

1. Click on the Options button in the blue bar above your message list.
   
   
2. Click on the Compose tab.
   
   
3. Select your preferred default view for composing messages.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the General tab.
   
   
5. Select your preferred default for viewing external images.
   
   

Note: When you are creating a new message, you can switch between HTML and Plain text with the click of a button.

Look under the word Subject: for the HTML / Plain text toggle button. The Plain text version is shown below.

To switch between modes, just click the button.
