Preparing to Re-Share GroupWise Resources

If you currently use any shared resources in GroupWise, print this record sheet and use it to write down any GroupWise email accounts, address books, or calendars you share with others, and any GroupWise resources that others share with you.

Note that your sharing setup does NOT copy over to Smith Mail, so you will have to recreate sharing after the migration. (See First-Day Setup Guides below for instructions.)

Non-person GroupWise accounts: The record sheet also provides a convenient place to list any non-person accounts (e.g., generic department accounts, temp worker accounts, etc.) you use or manage in GroupWise. Knowing the account usernames and passwords is important because someone needs to perform the required setup steps for each non-person account before migration.
