PICK UP AND APPLY STYLE

This feature is very useful if you want to apply the same formatting to several objects. For example, if you set the width, font, border and orientation to one column, you can quickly apply those exact settings to several columns.

1. While in Report Studio layout. Set the formatting you'd like to the cell or column. In this example, we've set the PROSP list column width to 25% and bolded the font. Once you've selected the object, click the Pick up Style button (the left eye dropper).

 

2. Then select the cell or column you'd like to apply the format settings to. Use the Ctrl button to multi-select several columns. Then click the Apply Style button (the right eye dropper).
