CHANGE THE DEFAULT FORMAT OF A REPORT

The default format for reports is HTML. To change the default format to PDF or Excel, do the following:

1. Click the check box next to the report you'd like to modify. Then click More

2. Click Set properties

3. Click the Report tab

4. Click the "Override the default values" check box.

5.The default values will be expanded. Select a format from the drop down list.  In this example, we've selected PDF. Click OK when finished.

6. Notice the icon changes from HTML to PDF. It is now ready to run in the new format.
