BANNERWEB

BannerWeb is a secure on-line system that provides students, faculty, and staff with access to components of the academic, registration, and personnel records maintained by the college. The system can be accessed from any computer with an Internet connection and a compatible Internet browser.

Recommended Browsers

Note that you must use one of the browser versions below to access all features in the new version of BannerWeb. To download one of these versions, click on its link.

 

Windows users: Mac users:

Mozilla Firefox 3.6 or lower
Internet Explorer 6.x, 7.x or 8.x


Mozilla Firefox 3.6 or lower
Safari 3.0+

Windows 7 users: If you installed IE9 and want to return to IE8, go to Control Panel/Programs & Features/View installed updates and uninstall IE9. Windows will automatically revert to IE8.

IMPORTANT: BannerWeb is NOT currently compatible with Mozilla Firefox 4.x, Internet Explorer 9.x, or Google Chrome.

To turn off alerts about non-secure content or running a script, follow the instructions below.



If you receive continuous alerts about displaying secure and non-secure content, follow these steps to turn them off:

  1. Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools / Internet Options.

  2. Click on the Security tab, then the Custom Level button.




  3. Scroll down to the Miscellaneous section until you see Display mixed content, then click Enable.




  4. Click OK to close the windows.



If you receive an error message about running a script
, follow these steps to turn it off:

  1. Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools / Internet Options.

  2. In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Advanced tab.

  3. In the Browsing section:

    1. Check the box beside Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer).
    2. Check the box beside Disable script debugging (Other).
    3. Un-check the box beside Display a notification about every script error.





  4. Click OK to close the windows.
