This form is for students who are seeking approval for courses other than those previously approved on the Application for Smith College Credit for Study Abroad.

Note: You must take a course taught in the local language or a language course teaching the local language each semester you are abroad; if such a course is not available, contact the Office for International Study immediately. Significant changes in your course plan (e.g. in the most extreme case, a desire to change majors) should be fully discussed with faculty in the appropriate counterpart departments at Smith before your finalize your registration abroad.
