Get Fit Smith Schedule
The Get Fit Smith (GFS) program is open to the entire Smith Community on a drop in, first-come basis. With fun and relaxation in mind, we offer classes in yoga, pilates, Core Conditioning (awesome abs, butts and guts) strength/conditioning training, personal training (Lifting for life, Cardio kicking Boxing, and new this smester we are trying out NIA, Boot Camp and Suspended heavy Bag Class.
The majority of the participants are students, whose health and well-being remains our primary objective. :
