Strategic Planning Conversations: please try to go to one of the sessions listed on the agenda.
Rally Day staff performers needed for the evening of Feb 22nd in Sweeney at 7 PM. Jinny Mason and Patricia Rist volunteered with Laura Wyman saying she would think about it.
Candace Baer, Interim Director of Human Resources was the guest at February’s meeting. She said the 2nd semester Training and Development workshops booklet is coming out. Please encourage staff to look it over and sign up for classes. On February 16 and 17 Human Resources is hosting a one woman show called “Not Until You Know My Story”, by Carrie Gibson. All staff are invited to attended one of the sessions. Candace also discussed the possibility of holding a whole day devoted to Staff Development. This would take a lot of planning with the possibility of holding it one day during spring break of 2007. Information would go out to Senior Staff in the fall of 2006. Candace would like Staff Council to discuss the possibilities and get back to her.
