Instructors are expected to provide
students with complete written evaluations of their work,
using the above guidelines. In order to be useful to the student,
comments should reflect both strengths and suggestions that
will alert students to their individual learning needs. Evaluations
should be made on the basis of at least two evaluative tools.
The instructor completes a narrative evaluation form for each student registered for credit and gives a copy to the student. These evaluations must be completed and in final form before grade sheets are submitted to the registrar. Narrative evaluation forms are kept indefinitely as part of the student's permanent file.
