Students are required to attend all classes. In the event of any absence from class, a student must contact the instructor(s) to discuss making up missed work. Normally, regardless of the reason for the absence from class, a student may not miss more than 20% of a course. In any instance of absences beyond the 20% of a course, the instructor, chair of the relevant sequence, and associate dean will meet to determine what the consequences will be.
