We are delighted to invite you, our Smith SSW field affiliate, to the 2012 Annual Supervisor's Conference to be held here on campus on July 18-21, 2013.
Availability of openings in courses is limited to a first-come first- served basis. We thank you for all that you offer our students in the field and hope that you will be able to join us on campus for these continuing education and annual conference events.
About the Conference
The annual conference affords agency-based supervisors, training directors, faculty field advisers, resident and adjunct faculty to share new ideas about field education, to collaborate, problem solve, attend training workshops, meet with students and enjoy what we hope will be an exciting and rejuvenating weekend in Northampton.

The Schedule
As has been the case in past years, annual conference will provide its own programming on Friday which is bracketed by continuing education programming on Thursday and Saturday. We are greatly appreciative of all that you offer our students and hope that we will see you here on campus this summer!

Continuing Education Reimbursement
Supervisors, Directors of Training & Faculty Field Advisers
As a token of our appreciation for your role in mentoring our students, we are delighted to once again offer supervisors, directors of training and faculty field advisers the opportunity to participate in the school's continuing education program this summer.
Field Affiliates
Field affiliates may have the tuition refunded for one course in either weekend A or B and up to two courses in weekend C. (Please note that due to annual conference and field work programming on Friday of weekend C, only those continuing education courses offered on Thursday and Saturday are open to field affiliates).
Fees
The registration fee of $20 will be assessed upon receipt of your registration. We prefer that payments be made by credit card, if you prefer to pay by check, please send a check for $20 made out to Smith College.
In the event that you do not attend the class or have not notified the School before the refund deadline that you cannot attend we will charge you the full tuition.
Housing
Housing for our annual conference (Weekend C) will be offered free of charge to our field affiliates.
