(413) 585-4456. Faxed registrations must be paid by credit card (MasterCard,
Visa, Discover or American Express only). All faxed registrations will receive
confirmation of receipt by return fax; if you do not receive confirmation
that your registration was received (within 48 hours), please refax your
registration.
