The conference will take place in the Smith
College Campus Center, room 208 (The Carroll Room). The registration will open at
7:30 a.m. on Friday morning. The conference will begin at 8:30 a.m. The closing reception
will take place at 4:15 p.m. in the atrium of the Campus Center.
Parking instructions will be provided to participants
via e-mail and this Web site in May.
If approaching the campus from the parking
garage on West Street (Route 66), cross the street from the garage and turn right,
following West Street toward the campus. Cross Green Street and walk up the driveway
between Hubbard House and Lilly Hall. Continue across the campus. On your left is
Neilson Library, a large brick building. On your right is the Museum of Art (Hillyer
and Tryon Halls). The Campus Center is straight ahead in the distance, a large white
modern building, a bit to the left of the main campus green. (This is a five-minute
walk from the garage.)
If entering the campus through the main gates on Elm
Street, the Campus Center is the modern white building straight ahead on your right.

When you arrive at Smith College, please go immediately
to the Campus Center, where you will find the conference registration desk on the
second floor.
