Reservations for hotel/motel rooms should be made directly with the hotel/motel as early as possible. The release date for these rooms is June 17, 2008.
These rates have been negotiated with the hotels specifically for this event. Please mention the Smith College School for Social Work 90th Celebration when booking your room.
HOTELS
Planning to stay on campus? Make your room reservations on the event registration form.
The campus housing package includes Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights; the rooms will be in Comstock and Wilder Houses. The fee is $150 per room - this is a set fee and cannot be prorated on a per-night basis.
The school will issue room information when you arrive on campus. These rooms will be available beginning 2:00 pm on Thursday, July 17, 2008. We are unable to change room assignments. All rooms can accommodate two adults. Up to two children may stay in a parent's room at no extra charge; please bring your own sleeping bags and/or linens.
Please keep in mind that college houses are not equal to hotels or motels. The rooms are not air-conditioned nor is there access to a refrigerator or kitchen facilities.
The rooms do have: sheets, one pillow, one blanket, one towel, one washcloth, soap, and a fan. Anything else you might require should be brought from home.
Smoking is prohibited in all Smith College buildings. No pets are allowed in campus buildings. |
