Is there an Annual Conference this year? |

In recognition of the School's 90th anniversary we are combining our Annual Conference and the 90th Anniversary Celebration. In this way, alumni who are also field affiliates can participate in field, alumni and continuing education programming in one event-filled weekend here on campus. |

Do field affiliates have to pay for the Annual Conference/90th Celebration? |

Field affiliates (faculty field advisors, primary supervisors and directors of training in Smith-affiliated training sites) are invited to participate in the 90th Celebration free of charge. Guests and family members will be charged for meals and housing. |

How do I register if I am a field affiliate? |
| |
All supervisors, directors of training and faculty field advisors should register for the 90th Celebration as instructed above and identify themselves as a field affiliate. Additionally, field affiliates will once-again be offered tuition-free Continuing Education courses on Thursday and Saturday for which they can register here. As Continuing Education courses can fill up quickly, online registration is recommended. |

Will there be content specifically relevant to my work as a field affiliate? |

All field affiliates who will be supervising for Smith for the first fime are asked to register for the full day supervision course offered through Continuing Education on Thursday, July 17. Supervisors, directors of training and field advisors will find a number of workshops to choose from through the 90th Anniversary programming as well as through the Continuing Education program on Saturday. Field advisors will have a meeting on Friday as usual and students and supervisors will have the opportunity to meet with each other on Friday afternoon (see schedule). |
