Smith College School for Social Work publishes Luncheon Notices twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays. Monday Luncheon Notices are full notices; Thursday notices are new notices submitted later in the week. Luncheon Notices is the primary vehicle for school communication during the summer, and all community members are assumed to have read the newsletter. These notices contain important information for the community, including specific information pertinent to all students, such as student group meetings, lectures, colloquiums, and other campus activities. Seniors have a section devoted to items specifically for their class, with notices such as information about the submission of theses and various other meetings, events, and deadlines.
In an effort to reduce our use of paper, Luncheon Notices will now be published on the SSW web site. An email notice will be sent out twice a week (Monday and Thursday) to notify the SSW community that the new edition has been posted online. You can find print copies of the Luncheon Notices on the tables in Cutter/Ziskind Dining Hall and in the Faculty Lounge (Seelye 207).
Submission deadlines:
10:00am on Friday for the Monday issue
10:00am on Wednesday for the Thursday issue
Only items submitted via web form will be accepted.

Your items may be edited for length. Notices of a personal nature or notices regarding housing, employment, non-SSW events, personal items for sale, or rides will not be accepted.
