The SSW Weekly Bulletin is the official source of news, notices, and announcements for the School for Social Work, and is distributed via email notice on Mondays during first and second terms. This is the primary vehicle for school communication during the summer, and all community members are assumed to have read the newsletter. These notices contain important information for the community, including specific information pertinent to all students, such as student group meetings, lectures, colloquiums, and other campus activities. Seniors have a section devoted to items specifically for their class, with notices such as information about the submission of theses and various other meetings, events, and deadlines.
All students, faculty, and staff will receive a notification by email that the new issue has been posted online. No hard copies of this publication will be distributed.
Submission deadlines:
10:00am on Thursday for the Monday issue

Your items may be edited for length. Notices of a personal nature will not be accepted. Notices regarding housing, employment, non-SSW events, personal items for sale, or rides may be posted on a bulletin boards designated for SSW in the Campus Center. Please direct any questions or comments about The SSW Weekly Bulletin to Tonya Dixon, tdixon@smith.edu.
Corrections
As with any human endeavor, there will occasionally be errors in the Bulletin. Corrections to the current issue will appear on Tuesdays by 10:00am. If you have any corrections to make to the Bulletin, please email Tonya by 3:00pm, Monday afternoon.
