The Smith-Tuck Global Leaders program for Women – with its focus on diverse female perspectives – is recognized as the premiere all-women's global leadership program in the world.
Delivered in partnership with the internationally-renowned Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, the Smith-Tuck Global Leaders Program is designed specifically for senior-level women who are assuming leadership positions with global responsibilities.
The 4 Key Global Leadership Themes embedded in the curriculum will shift the very way your brain processes and makes decisions.

Programs take place on the Smith College campus, located in vibrant Northampton, Massachusetts – renowned center for culture and the arts. Tuition includes all program materials, accommodations at the historic Hotel Northampton and most meals.
