Theatre and Dance performances are reserved seating only. MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
The Box Office is located on the upper level of the Mendenhall Center for the Performing Arts, just outside Theatre 14. Box Office hours are 1-4 p.m., Monday-Friday; ticket reservations may be left at any time by calling (413) 585-ARTS.
If you do not have touch-tone telephone service, please call 585-3220 for the theatre schedule, 585-3197 for the music schedule, and 585-3237 for the dance schedule.
The Box Office will mail tickets ordered by phone if you choose; there is a $2 handling charge for mailing tickets. Alternately, reserved tickets can be picked up at the door on the day of the performance. Tickets must be picked up one half hour before showtime. Tickets, if available, may also be purchased at the door of each event starting one hour prior to showtime. Reservations are recommended for all performances.
Parking lots are located on Green Street and Belmont Avenue. The Smith College garage on West Street is open (and free) to visitors after 5 p.m.; please park in the white-lined spaces only. |
