Smith College uses the campus-wide computer system BannerWeb. Students can use BannerWeb to access information about their student accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This information is updated in real time as charges, credits and payments are actually posted to an account. All questions regarding BannerWeb accounts and access should be directed to the ITS User Support Center, at (413) 585-4487.
Parents or other parties authorized by the student can also view real time account activity using our eBilling system, TouchNet. Authorized users can view billings statements, review student account activity and make secured payments electronically through the TouchNet website.
