House Community Advisers
are Smith undergraduate women who live in and are responsible
for the general welfare of a Smith House. The House Community
Adviser's main charge is to foster a positive, caring, and
educationally purposeful community within her house through
active social and educational programming as well as policy
enforcement, listening, and referral. The House Community
Adviser is responsible for programming in conjunction with
the house's Diversity Board as well as offering opportunities
for community service and social gatherings.
