HOUSING LOTTERY: HOUSE DECISION FORM

	First Day of Access on BannerWeb: Monday, February 6, 2009

	Last Day of Access on Banner Web: Monday, February 16, 2009

	Who: All students in the classes of '10, '11 and '12

House Decision Forms will be available to all students who are juniors, sophomores or first-years through BannerWeb. You can access BannerWeb through the Smith College home page at www.smith.edu, then click on the BannerWeb icon. You will need to know your user ID and PIN to access your House Decision Form. If you do not know your user ID and PIN please contact User Support Services, Stoddard Hall 23, ext. 4487, to fill out an application for notification of your user ID and PIN.

On this form, you will have two choices:


	Remain in current house: If you wish to return to the house you currently live in, select this option. You will be added to the house roster and have nothing more to do until Room Draw

	Enter the lottery: If you would like to live in another house other than the one you currently live in, select this option. You will be entered into the Housing Lottery and (later) assigned a lottery number. Then come back to BannerWeb between February 23rd and March 4th to continue in the lottery process by completing your House Choice Form; at that time you will find out your lottery number and house quotas for each house.

The Office of Residence Life is encouraging students to use the following schedule when entering their choice on BannerWeb to avoid delays and conjestion on the server:

	February 6-8: Students in the classes of 10J and 10

	February 9-12: Students in the classes of 11J and 11

	February 13-16: Students in the classes of 12J and 12
