As
an immediate response, staff members of the counseling
service, student affairs, residential life and human resources
offices
have been available to students, faculty and staff virtually
around the clock since early in the day on September 11.
The services of the Employee Assistance Program (800-828-6025)
are always available to Smith faculty and staff, 24 hours
a day, seven days a week. The counseling service will continue
to attempt to accommodate those who walk-in but it is also
possible to make appointments (585-2840).
