All students living on campus are required to fill out a room condition report within 24 hours of moving in to a new space. Existing damage or missing furniture not reported through this form when you arrive may result in charges when you move out.

Room Change Process
- Try communicating with your roommate (if applicable) to resolve the issue.
- Complete form and set-up appointment with your Res Life Staff
- If approved (after possible mediation), then set-up a meeting with your Area Coordinator
- If approved, your form will be finalized and sent to the Assistant Director of Residence Life

Petition to Live Off Campus
A limited number of students, seniors only, may be given permission, through the lottery process, to live off campus. Very few exceptions will be made, and further documentation to support one's request may be required. No more applications are being accepted for spring 2014. The form will be made available again on April 11 for students to petition for fall 2014.
