All students living on campus are required to fill out a room condition report within 24 hours of moving in to a new space. Existing damage or missing furniture not reported through this form when you arrive may result in charges when you move out.

Post room draw changes will be made on a case-by-case basis and by class-year priority. Students who are on the TBA list will also be considered during this time. You will be notified by e-mail during the summer if and when your request is honored. This request is not guaranteed.

Please note that house and room changes are not guaranteed. Priority is given by class year, date received, current house (residents of the requested house have higher priority) and staff recommendations.

A limited number of students, seniors only, may be given permission, through the lottery process, to live off campus. Very few exceptions will be made, and further documentation to support one's request may be required.
