How to Apply (HR, HC, HCA)
Welcome and we are glad you are thinking of applying to be a Res Life staff member for the 2014-2015 academic year! To apply for a HR, HC or HCA leadership position, please use this link on the Smith Social Network to submit your application: https://smith.collegiatelink.net/form/start/33923
You will fill out or upload the following on the Social Network:
- Copy of your unofficial transcript (from BannerWeb)
- Your essay
- Two references (use the reference form). You will want to email this form to your references. They can fill it out, save it as a pdf, send it back to you, and you can upload it on the social network. Or they can fill it out and return it to Clark Hall. If the second option is chosen, please ask for a confirmation email that the reference has been sent, and then upload a copy of that email on the social network.
To apply, you will need to submit everything on the Smith Social Network. We are not accepting paper applications this year. Your reference forms should be electronically filled out and then submitted (they are word documents). More detailed instructions can be found on the Social Network.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and interviews will be scheduled as positions become available. If you have questions please email email@example.com.
