Advent Christians Together to Serve

Advent Christians Together to Serve (ACTS) is a prototype of a Seventh-Adventist collegian church planted with the purpose to love, serve, and minister to the Five College community. It brings together a group of Adventist students from the Five Colleges to embrace the endeavor to communicate the love of God in any possible way to peers, friends, and people of the community.
The Five College Adventist Community:
- Commits itself to developing and maintaining spiritual friendships by providing a nurturing and accepting environment as its members gathers to create fellowship with each other in Christian unity;
- Aims to bring the love of Christ to other people by serving the community through outreach and service;
- Equips each member of the group to serve and lead the larger community, spreading the Gospel to infinity and beyond;
- Facilitates discipleship, leading people to Christ.
ACTS holds a Bible study on Fridays from 7-11 p.m. and a service on Saturdays from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. The locations vary between UMass and Smith; for information about the specific location for any given weekend, contact Linet Ogoti at logoti@smith.edu.
