CAROL ZALESKI Carol Zaleski is a Professor of Religion. She received her B.A. from Wesleyan University and her M.A. and Ph.D. in the Study of Religion from Harvard University, and has been teaching philosophy of religion and world religions at Smith College since 1989. She is the author of Otherworld Journeys, The Life of the World to Come, and, with Philip Zaleski, The Book of Heaven, all from Oxford University Press. She is currently working with Philip Zaleski on a book about prayer in world religions.
