Examinations will be
written during three periods on May 5, 6, and 7 at 9 a.m.,
2 p.m. and 7 p.m., and two periods on May 8, at 9 a.m. and
2 p.m. There will be no examination period on Friday
evening.
Distribution of exams at the
centers begins at 8:45 a.m., 1:45 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. respectively.
Examinations are 2 hours in length with 20 minutes
for review and travel time. Students must present
a picture ID, and a completed Exam Card (also available at
the centers). A student who arrives late at the center may
write for the remaining time, but must turn in all papers
by the closing time for sessions: 11:20 a.m., 4:20 p.m., and
9:20 p.m. A student who arrives on time but who must wait
in line to pick up her exam will not be penalized. Completed
exams and all used and unused blue books must be returned
to the centers in resealed envelopes, and must be handed to
one of the workers, who will record the time received.
Exams must be written in classrooms
in the building where they are distributed. Exams distributed
in McConnell may be taken in McConnell, Sabin-Reed, Burton
and Bass Halls using the bridge or tunnel between buildings.
Students
who become too ill to write an exam should report to Health
Service before the exam is scheduled to begin. If a student
becomes ill after picking up her exam, the student should
leave the examination materials with the supervisor of the
center where the exam was received and go directly to Health
Service, not to her house. Health Service will notify the
registrar and class dean of the student's illness.
