Spring semester classes
will begin on Monday, January 26, 2009. As a readmitted student, you are invited to participate in orientation events and you should check the Student Affairs webpage.
Readmitted students
will be permitted to return to campus beginning on Thursday, January 22nd. If you need to make arrangements to return earlier, you should contact the Office of Student Affairs at 413-585-4940. Your keys, registration packet, a schedule of classes and catalogue will be available at Central Check-In (CCI), which will take place on Thursday, January 22nd from 9:00 a.m - 4 p.m., in the Campus Center (room TBA). If you arrive after this date, you can pick-up those materials from Student Affairs in Clark Hall.
If you are able to meet with your adviser prior to the start of classes, you will be permitted
to register for classes through BannerWeb beginning on Friday, January 23rd
at 8 a.m. (Please note, however, that your adviser will not necessarily be on campus and available to meet prior to the beginning of classes.) You will have the first two weeks of classes to meet with your adviser to discuss your course program and
finalize your registration. General information about the registration process and the spring schedule of classes are posted at Schedules.
If you will be declaring/changing
your major, you may wish to contact the chair of the appropriate
department in advance for advising. We also suggest
that you make an appointment to meet with your class dean
upon your return to discuss your academic plans.
