Follow
these procedures:
Please
note the following:
Adviser
approval: While adviser approval of registration
is not required at this time for students away from campus,
it is understood that you will consult with your adviser upon
your return to campus to review your course program. It is
the responsibility of both student and adviser to plan a course
program that will lead to successful completion of all degree
requirements.
Registration
Worksheet: If you are registering by mail, please
be sure to include on your worksheet all information about
the course so that the registrar's office can enter your registration
accurately and efficiently. Be sure to record all CRN numbers
(lectures, discussion, labs, etc.).
Alternate
Choices: Alternate choices are particularly important when
you are selecting courses that are limited in enrollment
or require registration in limited sections.
Five
College: Normally, students away from campus are not permitted to register for five college courses at this time. If you wish to register for a
course at one of the other four colleges, you will do so when
you return to campus at the start of the semester.
Smith
Transcripts: If you are in need of reviewing your
academic record, you may view your transcript online via BannerWeb.
Study
Away Transcripts: Please be sure to request that
an official transcript be sent to this office as soon as your
semester's work is complete. Final transcripts are due
no later than July 1st for students returning in the fall
and February 1st for students returning in the spring.
Students studying abroad: We
understand that students studying on approved programs abroad
may not be able to meet the above deadlines. Please be sure
to take the necessary action to ensure that we receive your
official documents as soon as possible.
Opening

Dates and Deadlines for information about the opening
of college. Please note the following important dates:
