Accommodations for NECQL XIII

We have a block of rooms at the Autumn Inn in Northampton for NECQL. They are giving us a special rate of $85/night for non-smoking rooms with two double beds. Below are the particulars that they've sent me, and here is the website: Autumn Inn

RESERVATION METHOD:
Individual: Guests will make their own reservations by telephoning the Autumn Inn Reservations Department at (413) 584-7660 by March 20, 2009. In order to receive your contracted group rate, telephone requests must identify affiliation with NECQL Block.

PAYMENT METHOD:
Individuals will be responsible for their own room, tax, and incidental charges upon departure.

COMMENTS: Please note that the group rate is for standard rooms only. Upgraded room types are available for an additional charge. Also, if the block becomes full, as long as the hotel has rooms available, we will honor the group rate and add rooms to the block.

CUT-OFF DATE: The cut-off date for your guestroom block is Friday, March 20, 2009, but please make your arrangements soon. Prior to Friday, March 20, 2009, and if the group block is not sold out, individual group members are entitled to the group rates based on guestroom type availability. Reservation requests received after Friday, March 20, 2009 will be accepted on a space available basis only, at the Hotel’s published rate.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
• Your reservations must be guaranteed by the release date. All non-guaranteed reservations
will be released.
• The above rates are net, non-commissionable, and subject to applicable state and local taxes, currently 9.7%.
• Check-in is a 3:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am
• Cots, if requested, will be available for an additional $12.00 plus tax.
• If any refunds are given to any guests in the hotel due to disruptive behavior caused by any members in the above room block, the guest responsible is responsible for paying the hotel displaced revenue.
• Any damages incurred on or to the hotel will be the responsibility of the guest responsible.
• If smoking occurs in a non-smoking room guest will be charged a $200.00 cleaning fee per room.
