In the fall of 2006, President Carol T. Christ
conducted a series of round tables for faculty and staff to address the strategic
directions identified by the Committee on Mission and Priorities. The conversations,
led by President Christ and senior staff, were designed to explore each direction
in greater detail, define the goals in pursuing it, and identify promising ideas
and strategies.
