VEHICLE REQUESTS
Credentialing information must be on file with the Controller's Office prior to the release of a College vehicle.
Vehicle keys should be picked up at Facilities Management and will not be issued to anyone other than the listed responsible driver.
For all vehicle reservations, complete the Vehicle Request Form and submit to Facilities Management. All starred fields must be filled in.
College vehicles must be reserved 2 weeks in advance and vehicles cannot be reserved for more than three days at a time. Cancellations must be called in as soon as known to Pam, at Ext 2400.
** Students may only drive the 7 passenger vans and only for class-related trips.
Mileage rates for the Fiscal Year 08/09 have increased by $.04 per mile effective January 1, 2009

Charges will include: van mileage, fast passes or tolls, parking, and driver meal charges and are the responsibility of the requesting department.
Should an accident occur while you are using a college vehicle, please follow the insturctions in the Insurance Packet found in the glove compartment and notify Public Safety at (413) 585-2490.
Departments will be responsible for the payment of the current insurance deductible in the case of an at-fault accident.
