Sending UPS package and letters through campus mail

All outgoing packages and letters must be accompanied by a completed Central Services Postage order form. Federal regulations insist that all international packages and letters have a declaration of contents.  This can be done on the postage order forms. Complete the contents section and make sure to sign it. UPS also requires that there is a valid phone number of the recipient on all packages.

UPS provides both domestic and international services. The maximum weight limit is 150 pounds for parcels. The size limit is up to 160 inches in length and girth combined.

UPS requires a street address with all deliveries except to colleges and universities. They will deliver to P.O. boxes only if there is a valid phone number associated with the address. Any package addressed to a P.O. box may be delayed, and will not be covered by any UPS service guarantee.

Army Post office (APO) and Fleet Post office (FPO) addresses are not accepted by UPS.
