First Class Mail :  42¢ for the first ounce, 17¢ for each additional ounce
Priority Mail :  $4.95 up to a pound, heavier packages are determined by zip code
Express Mail :  $17.50 for up to 8 ounces
First Class Automation :  31.2¢ to 36¢
First Class Presort :  39.4¢, must have a minimum of 500 pieces in zip code order
Post Cards :  27¢, maximum size is 6 X 4.25 inches
Periodicals :  These special rates are determined by weight and zip code.
Non Profit & Standard :  (previously bulk mail) from 16.2¢, Automation is 14.6 ¢ to 16.2¢ and requires a 200 piece minimum and a printed bar code.
Media Rate :  Starts at $2.23 per piece and increases according to weight
Registered Mail :  $10.00 per piece plus postage
Certified Mail :  $2.75 per piece plus postage
Insurance :  $2.05 up to $100, increases with each additional $100 added value
Return Receipt :  $2.25
Delivery Confirmation :  65¢ for priority mail, 75¢ for first class mail

The following are chargeable services. These are available at cost for all departments

Insured Mail :  This service provides coverage against loss or damage. You can purchase coverage for up to $5,000 in value.

Certified Mail :  This provides you with a receipt for proof of mailing and a tracking number.

Registered Mail :  This service provides the maximum protection for valuables, particularly useful for overseas mailing.

Express Mail :  This services offers overnight delivery to many destinations within the United States. Express mail is delivered to many locations 365 days a year.
