Allies
The RCSG periodically offers LGBTQ Ally Training for students, faculty and staff across campus. The mission of Ally Training is to make Smith College a more welcoming and inclusive place for LGBTQ students, faculty and staff and aims to increase awareness and understanding of LGBTQ issues and to train allies to stand with, and advocate for, LGBTQ people. Individuals who complete a training can receive an LGBTQ Ally placard and be listed as an ally on the RCSG website.
