Leadership by Design
Leadership by Design is the leadership development program at Smith for students, regardless of class year or skill level.
Recognizing that Smith affords countless opportunities for leadership development for those who seek them out, Leadership by Design highlights opportunities for involvement as well as the natural intersections that bring our students together outside of the classroom for learning, growth and personal development.
Students will find many opportunities to connect their academic learning with their learning outside of the classroom.
