Student Employee of the MontH
The Office of Student Engagement values student employment as an experience more than just a paycheck, Our student employees experience personal and professional growth and increase their marketable skills as we prepare them for work outside of Smith College. Employment with the OSE is a leadership experience.
This award recognizes a student employee for their contributions to the Campus Center and Smith College community through their initiative, consistency, reliability and commitment to professionalism.

Eligibility
Consideration for recognition is based on the following criteria:
- Holds an on-going student employee position with the Smith College Office of Student Engagement
- Takes initiative and sets an example for student coworkers
- Demonstrates consistent professionalism and care for work environment
- Exhibits creativity and reliability in the work place
