Tamra oversees the effective development and administration of a comprehensive activities program, the efficient management of the Campus Center and event services in accordance with the OSE mission statement.
Campus Center Reservations Coordinator

Christina schedules space in the facility for all Smith College users. Together with the assistant of the OSE for the Campus Center, she helps users navigate the schedule and room set-up process, providing our guests with space and equipment to ensure a successful program.
Assistant Director for the Campus Center

Matthew works collaboratively with students, faculty and staff to ensure the smooth implementation of programs, serves as a liaison with building and dining services, the Grécourt Bookshop, Post Office and other campus service providers supporting Campus Center program and events, supervises custodial staff and co-supervises Campus Center Managers and Service Associates.
OSE Administrative Coordinator

Donna coordinates administrative functions for key student organization support services such as the Student Bank, space reservations and all student organization financial management. Donna manages the main office functions for the OSE including supervision of the Campus Center reservations coordinator, Campus Center office assistants and the student space scheduler; oversight of student organization contract processing.

Sara works collaboratively with students, faculty and staff to support student leadership aligning the work in the Office of Student Engagement with the Center for Work and Life. She also coordinates student development opportunities through the Office of Student Engagement for volunteers and employees. Within the Campus Center, Sara co-supervises Campus Center Managers and Service Associates.
