The ACCESS van provides on-campus transportation for students, faculty, and staff with temporary or permanent disabilities.

For Recently Accepted Students

If you have been accepted for admission at Smith College and would like to register with Disability Services, please send the Disability Identification Form (also included in your acceptance packet) along with proper medical documentation to: Office of Disability Services, College Hall 104, Smith College, Northampton, MA, 01063. Proper documentation must be submitted in order to receive accommodations.
