Routine requests for interpreters for meetings and one-on-one communication should be made at least one week in advance whenever possible. If you need a sign language interpreter for a larger event that will be open to the public, please contact the office at least three weeks in advance of the date, sooner if you are planning a large event that might require several interpreters.
