Routine requests for interpreters for meetings and one on one communication should
be made at least one week in advance whenever possible. If you need a sign language
interpreter for a larger event that will be open to the public, please contact the
office at least three weeks in advance of the date, sooner if you are planning a
large event that might require several interpreters.

The Office of Disability Services is
located in College Hall 104, and is open from 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. during
the academic year (8 a.m.–4 p.m. after Memorial Day). Students and visitors
are welcome to drop in to the office, but appointments are highly recommended.
We are a very small office so please be patient if you drop by and we are unavailable.
You may go down the hall to the Class Deans Office, room 101, and leave a message
or schedule an appointment to see the Director of Disability Services with staff
there. Accessible parking and ramp are located
