Smith College Staff to Exhibit Artwork

"Staff Visions," the annual exhibit of art and crafts created by Smith College staff, will be held daily in Hillyer Gallery, 20 Elm St., from Monday, January 25, to Friday, February 5, with an opening reception from 4 to 6 p.m. on Monday, January 25.

Twenty staff members, including experienced artists as well as newcomers, will exhibit work in oil, watercolor, pastel, pencil, wood, fabric and photography.

According to exhibit organizers and artists Patricia Czepiel Hayes and Amy Holich, "the show provides Smith staff an opportunity to express their creativity in a setting that is both professional and welcoming."

Exhibit hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; and Sunday, noon to 8 p.m.

Co-sponsored by the Smith College Staff Council, the exhibit is free and open to the public.
