Cargo Cycle for Smith Catering Rolled Out at Collaborations
The Engineers for a Sustainable World have created a human-powered, cargo-carrying vehicle for dining services to help reduce Smith's carbon footprint. The finished product will have six drawers in which to cart food, traditionally hauled by gas-guzzling vans and golf carts.
