To request publicity for your event, submit
information about it to the Office of College Relations using the Event
Service Request Form. We will contact the media and post the event to the online
Smith and Five College calendars. Please submit the information by Tuesday at 4 p.m.
at least two weeks prior to the event. (See the schedule below for guidance.)
Note: The space for the event must
be reserved before submitting publicity information. For information on reserving
