National Stress-OUT Day, Sunday, April 28, Noon, Chapin Lawn


National Stress-OUT Day is an event put on by Active Minds to spread awareness about stress and anxiety disorders and create supportive communities wherein speaking up about one's struggles is a sign of strength and self-awareness. Take a break and have some fun during the end of the semester stress. There will be stress-ball making, massages, kick boxing, and more (with a possible guest appearance by two dogs), noon-4 p.m. on April 28.
